In 2024, we are launching our new solar Photovoltaics and Energy Storage Systems and Wind Systems classes in Arcata, CA, as an approved NABCEP trainer.  The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) is the leading certification organization for solar energy professionals.  NABCEP relies on a network of approved training providers, such as EEE, to educate aspiring solar professionals and prepare them for the certification exams.  The benefits of a NABCEP Certification are:

Course Description: This course will provide students with the foundational principles required to install and maintain photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage Systems on residential and commercial buildings.  Course content is aligned to industry competencies inclusive of theoretical electrical foundations and structural components for installation on residential and commercial buildings.

Wind Systems

Course Description: This course will provide students with the foundational principles required to install and maintain Wind Systems.  Course content is aligned to industry competencies inclusive of theoretical electrical foundations and fundamental principals of the application, installation, design, operation and maintenance of wind energy systems in North America.
